Interviews are basically of many types. However, you can broadly divide all kind of interview in two categories:
1.Structured interviews
2.Unstructured interviews
I will tell you about each of them.
1.Structured interviews:
Structured interviews are those in which questions are pre- defined. The person who takes the interview have a list questions and they ca ask only from them. Technical interview are one of the example of structured interview. You must have gone through some kind of technical interviews. What is your idea about those interviews? You must have found that same questions were asked to all of the contestants. You can take an example. Suppose you have to give an interview of java professional. Then it's well known in advance that you will be asked question about java. I must tell you that there are some pet questions in java which are more often asked. You must also know this.
2.Unstructured interviews:
These are the types of interview which are different in almost the other same interview which you will face. However I must tell you that these kinds of interviews are also very important. Various surveys which are conducted via telephone are an example of unstructured interview. HR interviews are also example of unstructured interview.
You have just learnt about structured and unstructured interviews. I must tell you that as far as structured interview are concerned, you can prepare in advance. But the mystery of unstructured interview ends only on the date on which the interview is to take place. Hence you can say that the structured interviews are easier than unstructured interviews. But this is not really the case. There is always a chance that you can predict the questions. Interviews like screening test can easily be understood and you can easily tell what questions will be asked. Most of the interviews are verbal and you will hardly find any sample because no body gets any paper. However many groups put forward some questions which they remember. You can really go through them and learn what is required.
However, you will find out that the questions of non structured interviews are so general that you can hardly need to study in advance. They might ask from you about your hobby or your favorite game. Now you only tell that what preparation you can make to answer to these questions. Really you are required to make no effort and hence you should really not worry. However the structured interviews needs some study. If you are giving technical interview on java, then you will have to study the details of the java language. Only then you will be able to pass these interviews. I must say that unstructured interviews require smartness whereas the structured interview requires study.

A Brief History of Outsourcing
Out sourcing has got a long history. It is practiced from the roman period as well. I must tell you that outsourcing is very common these days. Lots of large companies find it extremely difficult to manage all the departments. Hence they often outsource some of the departments to some other companies. I would like to like to take the name of Coca Cola which has now outsourced all the departments and is merely a marketing company now. Out sourcing is also termed as offshore business as well. You can outsource your work to a company in nearby country or you can outsource it to some other countries. The first type of outsourcing is called nearby shoring; however the second type of outsourcing is called offshore accounting.
You must be wondering that what the advantage in outsourcing is. I must tell you that outsourcing makes sure that there is smooth flow of business processes. I would also like to tell you about Multi-sourcing. As far as Multi-sourcing is concerned the company outsources different types of its job to different company. When taken as a one unit, it is called multi-sourcing.
The decision to outsource needs the approval of the board. One the management committee is ready for outsourcing, the search for the other company who the job will be outsourced begins. Lots of precautions are taken to decide the best company and who will manage the outsourced work in best possible way. I must tell you that there are many companies who are engaged in outsourcing process and I must also tell you that there is a lot of competition among them. Either its finance or software field outsourcing is very common. However it has a long history but it has gained importance in the last decade only. A special term has been given that is BPO (business process out sourcing). I feel that you must already have lots o knowledge about this term.
However the employees prefer to be real employees and not outsourced employee. You must understand that to get a good job you will have to struggle at first. Only after lots of struggle you will be able to establish yourself in the market. You can take example of president Obama. He is a 47 year old president of US.
However I would like you to just go through history. I really tell you that he was always ready for any job which he was asked to do. Hence you will very soon realize that it's not always an easy going. Yes the job in a BPO is not secure, but you should join it and have a belief that very soon you will be placed in some very good company.

Career Opportunities in USA
According to a survey conducted by employment federation, US have been found to be the best place in the world for employment opportunity. The salary related to various fields is best in the world. However the present crisis has really set all the companies to think whether how many employees they need. I am very sad to tell that most of the companies are reducing their work force just because they cannot afford to give them all the salaries. So how can I keep this disastrous news away from my article? It's really sad to notice all this.
However, career opportunities have dried up for a while but not for always. I must tell you that I will keep the economic crisis away for rest of my article and emphasize on what are the real opportunities available. You can talk about computers, administration, commerce, medical, banking, biotechnology, brokerage, catering, hospitality and any one. US have job opportunities for all of them.
However there are some job opportunities which are really specialty of the US as compared to rest of the world. You must know that all the software companies have there head offices in none other than US. As far as luxury is considered, the US stood at second place after Arabian countries. But you will find the US administrator more lenient than the Arabian countries. And I must also add that software companies don't have their own outlet in this part of the world. I would like to discuss each field in detail one by one:
1.Technology:
As far as technology is considered, how can one forget NASA and Silicon Valley and both of them are situated in US? I must tell you that the work which is done in these two techno giants is really great and you can find no one who will say no to a job in these two places. As far as Silicon Valley is considered it is famous for electronic products and hence is the hottest place for electronic engineer. And if you talk about NASA then even a kid knows what it is all about.
2.Computers:
You must have heard about Cisco, Microsoft, Accenture, and Sun Microsystems. These are just few examples. I must tell you that at present US is the head office for all the software companies. All the head offices are present in either California or some part of US. You cannot forget US if you want to work in these companies. All the technologies and software which are launched daily is a product of these big companies of US. People from all around the world are involved in these companies.
I have given you details of some companies and I must tell you that same is the case with other fields. You can either talk about nursing or real estate, all are hot.

Student loan At Low interest Rates
The higher education is so expensive that almost every one is in need of loan. There are various kinds of loans which are available in US. The made servant fell ill and everyone wanted to know the reason. Edison some how escaped from beatings. However we all know what a great scientist he came out to be.
I can tell you number of stories and there will be no ending. However I must tell you that you will come across one thing and that is, you will see setbacks many times before tasting the actual taste of success. I can just give you some examples and give you some reasons. But I must tell you that you will find it true on most of the occasions. There only a few lucky champs who get everything very soon.
